We want you to ride in style as soon as possible after placing your order, and we endeavour to send orders next business day.

Australian orders are sent via Australia Post. Standard shipping is free for orders over $100. In general orders should be received within 5 business days. This service can take longer to some rural areas, and varies depending on Australia Post service.

International orders are sent via our designated courier, DHL, or in some cases via Australia Post. We reserve the right to select the best shipping method depending on your order size and area. Shipping is free for orders over $150 AUD. In most cases your order should arrive in 5 – 10 business days.

Please note: Shipping costs do not include overseas taxes, duties or tariffs and will be payable by the customer, dependant on your country. DHL or the Postal Service will not be able to deliver your goods unless the applicable duties, taxes or tariffs are fully paid.

The time frames above are estimates only, and DHaRCO makes no guarantees nor accepts any liability for deliveries that occur outside these estimates.

Free Shipping

Standard shipping is free for orders over $100 in Australia, and over $150 for International orders.

Order Processing Times

We aim to have all orders processed within 2 business days. Timing may vary.
Orders will be processed during normal AEST business hours Monday to Friday. All orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. Shipment and delivery of orders is based on product availability, payment processing time and distribution centre processing time.


Although we endeavour to keep stock lists up to date, unavailable stock may be displayed online. In the case of an order being placed which is not available we will contact you to process a refund or to find a suitable alternative.

What to do if what you purchased is not quite right

We want to ensure that you are satisfied and ready to ride with your DHaRCO purchase.
You can exchange or refund within 30 days of you receiving your order. We offer a full refund minus postage costs. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs. We will pay to re-send a new item back to you if you have sent us something for exchange. Please note that refunds or exchanges can only be issued if the item is returned in a saleable condition, ie: is unworn, undamaged, not dirty and with labels attached.

If you want a refund or exchange, please send the item back within 30 days to the below address. Please include your full name and order number and/or a copy of your email order confirmation. Be sure to include instructions of what you would like to do, ie: exchange and for which item.

Other details for Returns and Exchanges
• Proof of purchase is required for all refunds or exchanges. Proof of purchase includes a copy of your email receipt or CC statement.
• Product exchanges are subject to availability.
• This offer applies to full-priced items only and does not include discounted items or items included in promotions.
• We recommend that you use registered mail for all refund and exchanges claims, as we cannot be responsible for items should they be lost in transit.
• We will refund your reasonable postage costs of a return if we determine the product is faulty.
How long will it take for a refund or exchange

Items sent by mail for exchange or refund can take up to 2 weeks (excluding Australia Post delivery times) in our warehouse. That time includes time for the goods to be processed and then shipped back to you. If you haven’t received it back inside of 2 weeks, don’t panic! It shouldn’t be far away. Email us at with any questions.

Faulty Item

In the case that you have received a faulty item not fit for use, you will be fully refunded, including the postage costs. Or you may request a replacement item. DHaRCO will inspect the goods to determine the cause. Please note that faulty goods do not apply to items that have been damaged due to a crash or general use, wear and tear. Nor will items be considered faulty if the care instructions have not been followed.

We accept VISA, Mastercard and AMEX through our secure eWAY payment gateway online.

You can also choose to pay via PAYPAL in the paypal link at the Checkout.

All customers will be automatically added to our mailing list, from which you can unsubscribe at any time. Your details will not be passed onto any third parties for marketing purposes.

Your details are only passed to third parties, such as the eWay payment gateway or Australia Post, where necessary to make a purchase.
