Enjoy free standard shipping for orders over $90 in the US.

Delivery in the United States

We send via standard USPS. We endeavour to send orders the next day. In general orders placed before 3:00pm PST should be received within 3-5 business days. This service can take longer to some remote areas.

Order Processing Times

We aim to have all orders processed within 2 business days. Timing may vary.
Orders will be processed during normal PST business hours Monday to Friday. All orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. Shipment and delivery of orders is based on product availability, payment processing time and distribution centre processing time.

Availability

Although we endeavour to keep stock lists up to date, unavailable stock may be displayed online. In the case of an order being placed which is not available we will contact you to process a refund or to find a suitable alternative.

What to do if your purchase is not quite right

We want to ensure that you are satisfied and ready to ride with your DHaRCO purchase.

You can exchange or refund within 30 days of you receiving your order. We offer a full refund minus postage costs. The buyer is responsible for return postage.

We will cover the costs to re-send a new item back to you if you have sent us something for exchange.

Please note that refunds or exchanges can only be issued if the item is returned in a saleable condition, ie: is unworn, undamaged, not dirty and with labels attached.

• Proof of purchase is required for all refunds or exchanges. Proof of purchase includes a copy of your email receipt or CC statement.
• Product exchanges are subject to availability.
• This offer applies to full-priced items only and does not include discounted items or items included in promotions.
• We recommend that you use registered mail for all refund and exchanges claims, as we cannot be responsible for items should they be lost in transit.
• We will refund your reasonable postage costs of a return if we determine the product is faulty.
How long will it take for a refund or exchange

Items sent by mail for exchange or refund can take up to 2 weeks (excluding postage delivery times) in our warehouse. That time includes time for the goods to be processed and then shipped back to you. If you haven’t received it back inside of 2 weeks, shoot us an email to check on status: rideUS@dharco.com with any questions.

Faulty Item

In the case that you have received a faulty item not fit for use, you will be fully refunded, including the postage costs. Or you may request a replacement item. DHaRCO will inspect the goods to determine the cause. Please note that faulty goods do not apply to items that have been damaged due to a crash or general use, wear and tear. Nor will items be considered faulty if the care instructions have not been followed.

We accept VISA, Mastercard and AMEX through the secure payment gateway, Square.
